Sometimes I want to post a photo to remember that she knows she’s cute.

A girl who normally falls asleep immediately.
To bed tonight, but, wait…not so fast.
To bed but not to sleep.
Soon I hear, “Quatro, Cinco,” “A,B,C,” “1,2,3”…and bunches of jibber jabber that could only be baby bedtime stories.
I smile and soon there is silence once again.

The Apple and the Shoe
Enjoying the playground, stories always ensue.
On the bike buggy, apple was stashed.
On the gravel ground, sand was thrown.
On the climbing equipment, shoes were removed.
On the slippery slides, happiness shown.
In the tiny tunnel, goofiness comes out.

Promises
A lesson in promises comes on a busy night.
A list of errands and a promised playground visit. That was our plan.
A little extra added. Our evening extended.
Almost 8. Promise kept. We stopped for one run down the slide.
Careful to keep clean feet while climbing.

Ice Cream Break
I am suspect that a “safety break” at the water-park is designed to get the parents lined up for concessions.
Regardless, what an awesome day for swimming and ice cream.
So many smiles and laughs. Lessons have really paid off as we can have this fun without her being afraid to go in.
Crazy Hair
Later we’ll head to MOA.
But who could miss crazy hair day?
